The Jacqueline Gilliard Rosier ECF President Endowment Fund was established to provide financial support through scholarships for:
- Academically struggling, need-based students, accepted into college or trade school;
- Individuals and families in need based academic financial crisis; and
- Music, art lessons and camps for gifted and hardworking, financially need based students K-12.
The endowment honors the contributions of Mrs. Rosier, the founding president and first director of the Educational and Charitable Foundation (ECF). ECF is a public nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to impacting the future through education and philanthropy. ECF was established as the philanthropic arm of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Inc.
